Refund policy
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing to customerservice@osmgroup.co.uk and should include the order number for reference.
Returns for unwanted items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on 0333 772 1503 or emailing customerservice@osmgroup.co.uk
Returns will only be accepted for goods that are unused, un-assembled, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition,
Made to order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, after this time no refund will be offered. If you need to cancel your made to order item, please contact Loop as soon as possible, a cancellation fee may be charged. Refused deliveries of made to order goods are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made to order items.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit into the desired location. Any returns as a result of the items not fitting into rooms/through doors will have a restock and collection charge applied.
